In October 2016 a Slovak national, living and working full time in Stoke on Trent since 2011 was informed by his employment agency that they no longer had any work and that they were only able to offer 8 hours per week.
Our Client wanted to know what benefits they could claim to support his wife and 3 children until they could find work. Community Ventures went through the benefits and were able to book our client a job seekers appointment to help him to find another job and we also assisted him in claiming for housing benefit to help with their rent.
